Rango Le – Designated Broker

Rango Le has served the greater Seattle community as a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and worked collaboratively with families and individuals for nearly eight years in residential, commercial, foreclosure prevention and short sale transactions. Today, Rango primarily serves as the owner and designated broker of his real estate brokerage, Warring Properties. The brokerage was established in 2008 and now boasts an on-going and in-depth training and mentoring program for its real estate agents. (License: 98335).

Rango Le adheres to a philosophy of giving back to our local communities and people in need, a philosophy that encompasses his work. Since 2007, Rango has raised thousands of dollars to purchase holiday gifts for disadvantaged children in the Cedarville housing development in North Seattle, a place he once called home as a youth. Recently, he established the Warring Hope Foundation to encourage an atmosphere of giving at Warring Properties and raise funds to purchase non-perishable, nutritional food items for the foundation’s “Hope Bags” which are then distributed to pan-handlers and homeless members of the community. Hope Bags are also filled with a resource list and encouraging messages.

In January 2014, Rango Le, staff and brokers at Warring Properties remodeled the Everett Gospel Mission, Men, Women, & Children’s Center.

Rango Le is a minority business owner and has worked for years to uplift economically disadvantaged people. In 2008 and 2009, he taught first-time home-buyer classes for Acorn Housing, a nonprofit that provided free housing counseling to low and moderate income homebuyers.



Ronnie Hale – Lead Trainer and Support Manager

Mr. Hale is a very seasoned Real Estate Agent with over 30 years of solid successful experience and is licensed as a Designated / Managing Real Estate Broker in Washington, Florida, California, Georgia, Utah, and Arkansas. Mr. Hale’s philosophy of success revolves around his true one on one commitment of each client’s success by meeting and exceeding their needs. Listening, understanding and executing on the clients plan is a key to his continued growing success. Experience and expertise drives his expanding reach.

Mr. Hale understands the principal of building a great team to achieve his clients plans and is very selective on who is part of his team so that goals are reached efficiently and timely. Why is this important? Because the buyers, sellers, investors, developers, contractors and institutional clients demand success within a defined timeframe and in the most cost efficient manner.

Outside of Mr. Hales relentless drive as is exhibited in his successes and growth as a Real Estate Broker in many states Mr. Hale is the Utah Director of the Hedge Fund Association and has been a Hedge Fund Manager. It goes without saying that Mr. Hales Fund experience greatly benefits all of his clients with his large variety of financial contacts, various types of financing and capitalization models to acquire new homes, commercial properties, investment properties, rehabilitation projects, new construction, development models for developers and builders and much more.

Mr. Hale has also been a General Contractor and have targeted, acquired and managed multiple residential and commercial real estate development and construction projects in several States totaling over $67 million.  Mr. Hale has also developed a California Accredited Post Secondary Education Collage for Real Estate and Mortgage professionals.

Jessa Teel – Bellevue Office Manager

Jessa is an enthusiastic supporter of the brokers at WP & Associates. With backgrounds in both customer service and management, Jessa is detail-oriented and personable. She loves getting to know each of the brokers and assisting them in closing their transactions smoothly. Online and print marketing are her passions.

From a young age, Jessa has been drawn to real estate. Growing up in California, her father was an architect and her mother enjoyed spending Saturdays checking out open houses. Their family spent weekends volunteering through Habitat for Humanity. Her parents helped with building; she and her sister hosted a lemonade stand on the construction site and donated the profits. Jessa loves the character in older homes and the fresh beauty in newer, well-done ones. She knows that owning a home is something truly special. Amazing, beautiful memories and bonds are built in a home.

A graduate from Loyola University New Orleans, Jessa’s degree is in journalism, making her a highly-effective communicator. Her core beliefs are in work that is marked by integrity and service. At WP & Associates, our brokers are our clients.

Brett is in charge of the Lead Generation Program here at Century 21 WP and Associates. He has worked in the real estate and mortgage industries for over 30 years. Brett is a Washington native, raised in Tacoma, but has lived, and worked in Washington, California, Utah, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. Brett is pleased to support all your inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
