Spiak, Dr. Maria-Cristina
I was born and raised in Panama and have lived in the US Since 1999, initially in Texas and the Puget Sound for the last 14 years. I have oral and written fluency with both Spanish and English.
I have a passion for real estate and have personally purchased & sold multiple properties as private homes and investments throughout Puget Sound and San Antonio areas. I look forward to helping people achieve their dreams of owning their first home or selling and upgrading their home to meet their current needs. I also wish to provide services to investors who seek out “diamonds in the rough” and want to develop them into profitable ventures.
I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MS in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School (NGS) in Massachusetts; and a BS in Computer Systems Engineering. I graduated from the Leadership Tomorrow Program class of 2011 and Executive Development Institute Discover Program for Hispanic class of 2009. I am Founding member of a Diversity Council at a corporation and also Women in Leadership (BWIL) South Puget Sound President for 2013-2014. She received the Women of Color STEM special recognition award (2013) and she was a finalist for the HENAAC Award (2014).
